Luke is a Financial Advisor and member of North Star’s Medical Division. Since 2006, Luke has specialized in financial management and fee-based planning for Doctors.

After joining North Star in 2006, Luke was recognized as Securian’s New Advisor of the Year4, an award going to the Broker-Dealer’s top producing new advisor in the country. He has been distinguished among a select group of financial advisors worldwide by the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), The Premier Association of Financial Professionals.

Throughout his career, Luke has maintained an exclusive focus on Doctors. Speaking to numerous schools, residency programs and fellowship groups throughout Texas, he hosts Financial Seminars discussing the unique challenges Doctors face in the transition from training to practice. By closely assisting Doctors in this process, he is able to incorporate a comprehensive financial strategy to help optimize their success.

Luke has worked with UT Houston Dental, UTHSCSA School of Dentistry, Seton Medical Center, Scott & White Healthcare, Baylor College of Medicine, UT Southwestern, UT Houston Medical, Houston Methodist, John Peter Smith Hospital, UT Health Science Center San Antonio, Texas Tech Health Science Center, & UTMB Galveston.

Luke enjoys spending time with his wife, Beth and three children Cooper, Dylan and Peyton. He stays busy being a father and is actively involved in Christian ministry.

Luke graduated from Saint Ambrose University in Davenport, IA, where he was an All-American strong-safety, and a captain of the Fighting Bees Football team.

He is FINRA Series 7 Registered, FINRA Series 66 Registered, Life and Health Licensed, and Variable Life and Annuity Licensed.
