Energage Names North Star Resource Group a Winner of the 2022 Top Workplaces Culture Excellence Awards
MINNEAPOLIS — May 2, 2022 —North Star Resource Group was awarded the 2022 Top Workplaces Culture Excellence awards today for Purposes & Values and Work-Life Flexibility.
Recognition as a Top Workplace for Purposes & Values and Work-Life Flexibility was based solely on captured feedback from North Star employees. Survey responses showed that 87% of employees at North Star feel they have a work-life flexibility, and 88% of employees think North Star operates by strong values.
Questions were asked in survey to North Star employees about employee appreciation, flexibility of balance between work and personal life, and direction of the overall company. The employee engagement survey consists of 24 base questions. The responses to the survey are then compared to more than 15 years of data from 23 million employee surveys across 70,000 organizations.
This is the second-consecutive year North Star has been awarded the Work-Life Flexibility award and follows additional awards received by North Star including the 2022 Top Workplaces USA award, 2021 Top Workplaces Financial Services Industry, 2021 Top Workplaces Culture Excellence Award for Employee Well-Being, among others.
