Sarah is the Director of Absence with Mutual of Omaha. She has 14 years of industry experience working in Short-Term Disability, FMLA, and PFML claims and has managed various teams across multiple products. Since joining Mutual of Omaha in 2020, Sarah has worked on various paid leave and claim projects for multiple PFML states and Mutual of Omaha’s absence management administration. She also conducts frequent webinars and employer educational sessions on all things state-paid leave and is a Certified Leave Management Specialist.
