The Star Tribune names North Star Resource Group a 2022 Top Workplace
MINNEAPOLIS — August 26, 2022 — North Star Resource Group has officially been selected by the Star Tribune and Energage as a National Standard for Top Workplaces in Minnesota.
This regional honor follows North Star’s recognition as a Top Workplace USA, Top Workplace for Work-Life Flexibility, and Top Workplace for Purposes & Values, all presented by Energage.

North Star will be recognized in this list of distinguished public, private and nonprofit organizations. Members of the Star Tribune Top Workplaces list are chosen based solely on employee feedback gathered through an employee engagement survey, and results are calculated by comparing the survey’s research-based statements.

The results of the survey information from employees were collected by Energage, an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention. To qualify for the Star Tribune Top Workplaces, a company must have more than 50 employees in Minnesota. Over 1,555 companies were invited to participate and over 73,870 employee responses were received.
