SIA of the Great Lakes names North Star Resource Group Agency of the Year
GREEN BAY, Wis. — February 14, 2024 — North Star Resource Group today received the 2024 Agency of the Year award from SIA of the Great Lakes (SIAGL), which is a member of SIAA, the largest partnering independent insurance agency alliance in the nation.

The Agency of the Year award measures agencies on growth, retention, profitability, service to clients and adoption of technology. The SIAGL recognizes over 140 members spanning across Wisconsin and Minnesota and represents over $300 million in total member premiums annually.

The North Star Property and Casualty division launched in 2017 and has seen steady growth since then. In 2023, North Star achieved $1.9 million in property and casualty insurance premiums, representing a growth of 37.9% over the previous year.
