North Star Resource Group awarded 2021 Top Workplaces Culture Excellence Award for Employee Well-Being
MINNEAPOLIS — December 23, 2021 — North Star Resource Group, headquartered in Minneapolis/St. Paul since 1908, has been recognized as a Top Workplaces Culture Excellence for Employee Well-Being.
Recognition as a Top Workplace for Employee Well-Being was based solely on captured feedback from North Star employees. The Employee Well-Being recognition is awarded to organizations that employees believe place both health and wellness as a priority.

Questions were asked in survey to North Star employees about employee appreciation, flexibility of balance between work and personal life, and direction of the overall company. The employee engagement survey consists of 24 base questions. The responses to the survey are then compared to more than 15 years of data from 23 million employee surveys across 70,000 organizations.
This award follows alongside additional awards received by North Star including the 2021 Top Workplaces USA award, 2021 Top Workplaces Financial Services Industry, 2021 Top Workplaces Work-Life Balance and others.
