Grace B. Torres Kilpatrick, CEPA® joins North Star as an Associate Vice President, Advisor Development

SAN DIEGO—Grace B. Torres Kilpatrick, CEPA® joined North Star Resource Group as Associate Vice President, Advisor Development on Monday, December 30^th, 2022. Kilpatrick’s key responsibilities will include developing and supporting financial advisors based out of North Star’s offices in San Diego, CA and Scottsdale, Ariz., as well as serving clients as a financial advisor herself.

Kilpatrick is a third-generation financial professional. She is committed to understanding and utilizing change in the financial industry and believes in using innovation to improve her work consistently with her clients. She received her master’s in executive coaching and consultation from Concordia University, Irvine and has a bachelor’s in mass communication from Menlo College in Silicon Valley.

Growth is a core value of North Star, and Kilpatrick will be critical to bringing up the next generation of financial advisors in our quickly growing San Diego and Scottsdale offices, as well as developing a rich culture in those offices.
