The ideal candidate would be someone who was a student athlete and/or worked as a recruiter in a collegiate athletic department.

Develop recruiting strategies that source and attract quality Marketing and Sales Interns from leading Colleges and Universities. This Individual is a member of a four person recruiting team that recruits for internships in many of the 22 states we are located in. The candidate must utilize centers of influence at Financial Planning Programs, collegiate athletic departments, Greek organizations, Placement offices and Advisor and Intern referrals. Considerable work over the phone to present the North Star opportunity should be expected. Researching, selecting, and attending college career fairs as necessary. Closely coordinates with advisor mentors and their sales leaders. This is a recruiting position. The best candidates are harder to find and harder to land.
