Amanda Charles honored with BestPrep Service Award for commitment to mentoring Minnesota students
MINNEAPOLIS—March 20, 2026—Amanda Charles, CSLP®, AIF®, financial advisor at Moxie Wealth Management, was today announced as a recipient of the Service Award from BestPrep, which highlights top volunteers in BestPrep’s network.
BestPrep is a Minnesota-based nonprofit organization that provides educational programs to students in grades 4-12 through professional mentorship opportunities.
“I’m so honored to receive this recognition from BestPrep alongside other wonderful volunteers,” said Charles. “I’m grateful for the opportunity to contribute to an organization like BestPrep that is making such a meaningful impact on students’ lives across our state. Charles has been a BestPrep mentor since 2023, devoting her time largely to the Investment Matters program. Additionally, she volunteers with the eMentors program and is a past volunteer with the Minnesota Business Venture program.

Since joining Moxie as a financial advisor in 2023, Charles has leveraged their holistic financial planning model to help educate younger generations on smart money management. She has furthered financial education in her community by presenting programs via Heyven, an online platform that connects people, partners and resources to build stronger communities, and she leverages her social media presence to share resources and other education-first content with her network.

Charles’ commitment to financial education and helping clients reach their goals has garnered several awards and recognitions. Most notably, she was named a finalist for the NextGen Advisor of the Year award from InvestmentNews in 2025, which recognizes top advisors in their first three years in the profession. She has also received honors from North Star, including its New Advisor of the Year Runner-Up award in 2024.
Charles and the other award recipients will be honored at BestPrep’s Annual Luncheon event on May 21, 2026, in Minneapolis.
