There is no one path to financial well-being. From residency to retirement, you will face hundreds of decisions about how to manage your money to achieve your goals, and you need clear information to select the route that works for you.
With an emphasis on education, we help you develop strategies, design your portfolio, and implement the necessary components to build long-lasting wealth efficiently.
How to get started
Learn if we’re a fit with a complimentary, no-obligation initial meeting.
The first step is for our team to learn more about you and what you want to accomplish. Wes can also provide direction on initial questions you may have.
This meeting also serves as an introduction to different ways our clients work with us, including a transparent walkthrough of how we get paid.
The goal of this meeting is to get a clear idea of where you hope to go and how we can best guide you along the way!
Accomplish your goals one by one.
Our team coaches you through the next steps—implementing investment, cash flow planning, and insurance strategies—and analyzes your progress over time.
Build wealth and pass down a legacy.
As life changes, your strategy may need to change as well. Wes will remain proactive, communicating important updates that require a change to your strategy. Additionally, he is on call for any questions that come up outside of your regularly scheduled meetings.
If your situation changes significantly, Wes will adjust his strategy for you as needed.
We provide guidance so that, when you lay your head down at night, you feel confident in your financial path.

Protecting existing and future assets is a pillar of effective wealth-building. As an independent advisor, Wes can recommend solutions from various carriers to help ensure you have the protections in place for a solid foundation for future wealth strategies.
Insurance and investments have product-level expenses, but there is no fee to the insured for these recommendations. Commission is paid to Wes from the insurance or investment company.
Educating clients on opportunities and creating a personalized plan to pursue their financial goals.
As a husband and father, Wes realizes that time is the most valuable—and limited—commodity. His goal is to give his clients time back in their schedule while providing confidence that their financial situation is taken care of.
His wealth management practice focuses on helping physicians build comprehensive plans that give them a clear path from residency to retirement, what to do with their money, and why each action is important to accomplish their financial goals.
Outside of his business practice, Wes stays busy raising his three children with his wife, Alexa. He also enjoys a round or two of golf and coaching his children’s sports teams.
