Daniel Willie, CFP®
Senior Partner
Creating a financial plan is a process.
Step one is finding an experienced financial professional you trust.
When you’re ready, call or email me to learn how I work with my clients.
My story
I grew up in a small, blue collar town where everybody knows everybody and most people know how to live off the land.
I feel very fortunate to have watched my parents work steady jobs, serve their community, and put one foot in front of the other to build their version of the American Dream. These lessons inspire me—professionally and personally—each and every day.
After graduating college in 2000, I became a financial planner to create something on my own while serving responsible people with similar values.
When I work with clients, I want to get to know them, and I want them to get to know me. Being authentic builds strong relationships, and I encourage my clients to ask difficult questions.
I built my practice working with specialty physicians because they typically have a specific financial planning need and an urgency to address it.
With that said, I have many fantastic, wonderful clients outside of this scope—most of whom have come by way of referral.
Simply put, my clients are people I really enjoy who trust me and want a CFP® professional to talk with about important financial decisions and goals.
Beyond my responsibility to my clients, my hours are completely consumed with my amazing family: My stunning wife Abby and four sons Jackson, Ryder, Finn, and Briggs. There are 13 years between our oldest and youngest, so every day comes with a range of activities and experiences.
There isn’t a single day I wouldn’t want to be in a calm bay reeling in bass. Fishing speaks to me like nothing else and my dad provided me every possible opportunity to do it when I was a kid. My family is also very outdoorsy, so we spend time camping, hiking, and getting away from technology whenever possible.

Financial planning
In a financial planning relationship, I work in a fiduciary capacity to help you make decisions on investment strategy and insurance solutions that are in your best interest. I remain impartial to the product choices I recommend and you choose.
While your financial plan is unique to you and your situation, each client and I will work through the same process to discern your financial objectives:
- Learn about your past, present, and future hopes with money.
- Create rough draft recommendations based on the information I’m gathering.
- Use the recommendations as a guide for educating you on your options.
- Finalize recommendations and create a game plan for implementation if you choose to implement with me.
- Formalize a strategy for reviewing the plan on an ongoing basis if desired.
Separate from the financial plan and our role as financial planner, we may recommend the purchase of specific investment or insurance products or accounts. These product recommendations are not part of the financial plan and you are under no obligation to follow them.

I will help you design an investment management strategy to prepare for the lifestyle you desire and the goals you have set for your life.
