Calvin is a financial advisor serving clients out of North Star’s Minneapolis office. Here, he draws upon his natural desire to build lasting, meaningful relationships with others and his passion for financial planning as he guides medical professionals and their families toward financial independence.

Calvin is a native of Woodbury, MN. Growing up, he witnessed his parents navigate uncertain and challenging circumstances, which empowered him to someday pursue a career where he could help others do the same thing while planning for the future.

As such, Calvin enrolled at Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business, from which he graduated with a financial planning degree. Shortly after graduation, he returned to the Midwest and began his career as a financial advisor with North Star in 2026—striving to develop relationships with his clients that extend beyond financial planning while educating them on their options.

Today, Calvin resides in Hudson, WI. In his time away from the office, he enjoys golf, fishing, basketball, football, baseball, reading military novels, spending time with friends, and F1 racing.
