ST. PAUL, MN—The Scott Richards North Star Charitable Foundation successfully held the 11th Annual Bikes for Kids event at the River Centre in St. Paul on December 19, 2014.
The event, led by Senior Partner Joseph Fox and CEO-Elect Edward Deutschlander, partnered with the St. Paul River Centre, the MN Wild, and the MN Wild Foundation to cater to 125 kids from Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Greater Twin Cities. After a fun-filled night of activities such as a photo booth, face painting, various games, and music, the kids were surprised with brand new bicycles and helmets. Volunteers from Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Greater Twin Cities and 17 individuals from North Star Resource Group helped to assist with set up during the day and activities throughout the night.
