Diane is currently Executive Vice President of North Star. In this role, Diane helps guide the overall direction of the firm, reviewing its strategies and responding to the many industry challenges anticipated for the future. With over twenty-five years of industry experience, Diane can provide the expert guidance and consistent service needed in implementing and maintaining a sound business or individual financial strategy. Diane is a past President of the Minnesota Chapter, General Agent’s and Manager’s Association (GAMA). Other professional qualifications include designations as a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Registered Health Underwriter (RHU), Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI), and Chartered Leadership Fellow (CLF). Diane graduated from Drake University, receiving her Bachelor of Science in Business. She is active in her community where she volunteers at her church and in other community events. She has coached youth basketball and baseball. Diane resides with her husband, Garry, and two sons in Bloomington, Minnesota.
