The goal of David’s practice is to help his clients understand, protect and maximize their investment and insurance strategies in an effort to secure their and their families’ financial future. He has distinguished himself as a tax efficient1 wealth accumulation and asset protection specialist in the southwestern United States. David has been a financial advisor with North Star since 2003. He is a graduate of Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, majoring in finance and marketing. His licenses/registrations and qualifications include:

  • Member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA).
  • Currently pursuing his CFP® (CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM practitioner) and CFS (Certified Fund Specialist) designations

David is a committee chairman for the Arizona Chapter of the Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (Lou Gehrig’s Disease) Association. The committee aids in the fundraising efforts to increase awareness and find a cure for the disease.

He resides in Scottsdale, Arizona with his wife, Tory; son, Luke and their dog, Bailey. In his free time he enjoys camping, fishing, and other outdoor activities, as well as spending time with his friends and family.
