Cheryl L. Marks is the Vice President of North Star's Employee Benefits Division. Cheryl has been actively involved with employee benefit plans since 1987. She specializes in providing strategies to meet the employee benefit planning needs of corporate clients providing a variety of support services and products including Medical, Dental, Life, Vision, Long-Term and Short-Term Disability, Voluntary and Supplemental Benefit Plans, Flexible Spending Account Administration, and COBRA/HIPAA Administration.
